Evidy acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
Payments may be temporarily held until delivery is confirmed.
The platform may charge a commission generally set at 10%.
Delivery is handled by partner providers or by sellers.
A refund may be requested within a maximum of 7 days after receipt.
The platform acts as a mediator between the seller and the customer.
